We are looking for a strategic and experienced Business Finance FP&A Lead to join our team at hammerjack. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to drive our financial planning and analysis function. We require a candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in the field, capable of navigating complex financial landscapes and providing actionable insights. The role requires a hybrid work setup, with a mandatory onsite presence 2x a week in Makati.

You will lead the budgeting process, develop financial models, and analyze performance metrics to help the company achieve its goals. We are looking for a leader who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive management to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee the month-end close procedures and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Present clear and concise financial reports and dashboards to the executive team.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis to track business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- CPA or CFA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance.
- Proven experience leading a finance team or managing complex financial projects.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
