Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial lifecycle of projects, from budgeting and forecasting to final margin analysis.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) to identify cost overruns and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Project Managers and business leaders to ensure revenue recognition is compliant with IFRS standards.
- Monitor project cash flows, including billing schedules, collections, and working capital optimization.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments on project portfolios to identify and mitigate potential financial exposures.
- Deliver monthly financial performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
- Drive the development and optimization of financial modeling tools to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies across all project activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA license is a significant advantage.
- At least 5 to 7 years of solid experience in project controlling, business finance, or management accounting.
- Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and revenue recognition principles (IFRS 15).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to drive commercial outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business advice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
