Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational business workflows to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the management of payroll and leave administration.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal staff and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist management with project tracking, reporting, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Handle sensitive information with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations, administrative, or customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to hold multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
