- Assist the HR team with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Participate in various business operations projects, providing administrative and analytical support.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on HR and business-related topics to support decision-making.
- Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in a career within HR or business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
