In this role, you will act as a catalyst for operational excellence, identifying critical improvement areas and developing robust frameworks that standardize our internal processes for long-term scalability.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and analyze organizational inefficiencies to recommend high-impact operational improvements.
  • Design, document, and implement standardized process frameworks to support company-wide scaling.
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage change initiatives and ensure seamless team adoption.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of new process implementations.
  • Develop internal change management communication plans to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Conduct workflow audits to identify bottlenecks and eliminate redundant operational tasks.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of implementing successful change initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of organizational development principles and change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
