Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze organizational inefficiencies to recommend high-impact operational improvements.
- Design, document, and implement standardized process frameworks to support company-wide scaling.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage change initiatives and ensure seamless team adoption.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of new process implementations.
- Develop internal change management communication plans to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Conduct workflow audits to identify bottlenecks and eliminate redundant operational tasks.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of implementing successful change initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of organizational development principles and change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma).
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
