Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical data solutions.
- Perform rigorous data mining, cleaning, and transformation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Analyze complex business metrics to provide actionable recommendations and forecast future trends.
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline information flow and reduce manual reporting effort.
- Monitor data sources and implement best practices for data governance and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling concepts is a significant plus.
