Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical data requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using industry-leading BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that improve business performance.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across platforms.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data findings to support operational growth.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful BI tool adoption.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues to maintain seamless reporting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Warehousing.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems.
- Strong expertise in at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is highly advantageous.
