Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business requirements.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data ingestion from various sources.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain data integrity and security standards across all reporting platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to business users on how to effectively utilize BI tools.
- Document data definitions, report logic, and system architecture to ensure institutional knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Engineering role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Proven hands-on experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Experience with data modeling and familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake).
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
