Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily business operations and administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and assist in managing team meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management reviews.
- Support the team in client-facing interactions and business development initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Help manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
- High level of curiosity, self-motivation, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
