Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including lending, sales, and customer service functions
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage branch security protocols and safety procedures
- Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on branch performance
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality standards
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in banking/finance
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management
- Strong knowledge of lending products and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in business management software and tools
- Willingness to work in Rodriguez, Rizal
