BPI Direct BanKo, Inc., the microfinance arm of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Manager to lead our branch in Naga City, Camarines Sur.

You will lead a dynamic team, overseeing all aspects of branch operations from lending and product sales to customer service, compliance, security, and safety. Your leadership will directly contribute to the achievement of the bank's strategic goals in the Bicol Region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency in lending, product sales, and customer service.
- Drive branch profitability by meeting and exceeding business targets for loan portfolio, deposits, and other financial products.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account officers and support staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory compliance, and security protocols.
- Monitor loan collection efforts and implement strategies to minimize non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Foster a customer-centric culture, resolving escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow and risk management.
- Represent the bank in the local community to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch operations management, preferably in a bank or microfinance institution.
- Proven track record in sales management, credit evaluation, and portfolio management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of BSP regulations and microfinance lending standards.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Naga City, Camarines Sur.
- Must be a resident of Naga City or the surrounding area.
