- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration for aesthetic products.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the medical and aesthetic sectors.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and medical practitioners.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend actionable insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Business Manager or Sales Director role within the healthcare, medical, or aesthetic industry.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic medical market, product distribution channels, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated track record of motivating sales teams to achieve goals.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and formulate data-driven business strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
