Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed branch performance targets.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve operational and sales KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the Batangas region to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and audit requirements.
- Monitor and manage the branch's financial performance, including P&L oversight and expense control.
- Represent City Savings Bank in local community activities and professional networks to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales management.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse groups of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Deep understanding of the local Batangas market and customer base.
- Proficiency in banking software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
