Tanggung Jawab
- Serves patients by greeting, scheduling, and directing them appropriately within the clinic.
- Prepares, compiles, and maintains patient records and medical documents in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Processes patient billing, payments, and insurance claims (including GL, panel, and corporate accounts) accurately.
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
- Manages office supplies inventory, petty cash, and other administrative financial duties.
- Coordinates appointments between patients and specialist doctors to optimize clinic flow.
- Supports the management team with reporting, data entry, and ad-hoc administrative projects.
- Ensures the front office and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and practice management software.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
