- Analyze store performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Execute key operational projects across multiple outlets with clear KPI tracking
- Develop and implement strategies to boost digital sales channels and omnichannel integration
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and store operations teams to align business objectives
- Create performance dashboards and reports to monitor operational efficiency
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in business operations, consulting, or F&B industry
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering initiatives
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with KPI development and performance monitoring systems
