MCC Shared Service Centre Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Operations Intern to join our team in Mutiara Damansara. This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable corporate experience within a Shared Services Centre (SSC) that supports global operations.

As an intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will be fully integrated into our Business Operations team, working on meaningful tasks that directly impact our efficiency and service delivery. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, blending the collaborative energy of our modern office with the flexibility of remote work. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Operations team to ensure daily targets are met.
  • Assist in data entry, data validation, and the maintenance of internal databases with high accuracy.
  • Support the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process mapping initiatives.
  • Participate in the preparation of operational reports and data visualizations for management review.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline cross-functional workflows and communication.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to digital transformation and operational excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while remaining a collaborative team player.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement and efficiency.
  • Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
