You will be responsible for streamlining processes, identifying operational bottlenecks, and empowering the team to achieve their best work. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary strategic partner to the CEO, managing daily priorities, scheduling, and high-level executive initiatives.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency and reduce friction.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between departments to ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for growth and improvement.
- Oversee project lifecycles from inception to completion, managing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement creative, scalable solutions to resolve complex business issues.
- Manage internal communications and coordinate between executive leadership and various stakeholder groups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business operations, management, or a similar executive support role within a high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams or complex projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Experience in the Proptech, Real Estate, or Fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
