Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support business expansion and scaling efforts.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and optimize internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on company goals and project timelines.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project workflows to meet organizational objectives.
- Prepare regular reports for executive leadership regarding operational health and growth opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and process mapping tools.
- Proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Indonesian.
