Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with business unit leaders to understand their people needs and develop effective HR strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive company culture.
  • Support the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Manage performance management cycles, provide coaching, and facilitate development plans.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Lead change management projects to support organizational development and strategic initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner or People & Culture Specialist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
