Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their people needs and develop effective HR strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive company culture.
- Support the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.
- Manage performance management cycles, provide coaching, and facilitate development plans.
- Oversee employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Lead change management projects to support organizational development and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner or People & Culture Specialist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
