In this role, you will act as the backbone of our operational intelligence, enabling both technical and non-technical teams to achieve peak performance through accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.

You will play a critical role in standardizing performance measurement frameworks, identifying process bottlenecks, and empowering leadership with the data needed to make strategic decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated performance dashboards and Balanced Scorecard reports for various business units.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data alignment across all reporting platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance review decks for executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs by performing regular quality audits.
- Translate complex technical data sets into easy-to-understand visualizations for non-technical managers.
- Proactively identify gaps in data collection and propose process improvements to enhance tracking efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or performance analytics, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Proven experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from large databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
