Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual business plans and quarterly forecasts.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting to track organizational performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare high-level management presentations, dashboards, and board-ready reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure budget alignment and resource optimization.
- Drive cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business productivity and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business planning, corporate strategy, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced modeling) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end planning processes in a corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to commit to a 1-year renewable contract arrangement.
