Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and update internal business processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline operational workflows and resolve process bottlenecks.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic business performance reports for management review.
  • Manage office supply inventory and facility requests to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and dealership initiatives.
  • Ensure all data entry tasks are completed with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is an advantage.
