Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update internal business processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operational workflows and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic business performance reports for management review.
- Manage office supply inventory and facility requests to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and dealership initiatives.
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is an advantage.
