- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Develop process flowcharts, documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor process performance and develop metrics to track improvements over time
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure proper adoption of new processes
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in business process management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with business process improvement methodologies (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
