Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational workflows
- Conduct thorough verification of company documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational processes and enhance productivity
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes and verification procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments
- Train staff on new procedures and ensure proper implementation across the organization
- Prepare regular reports on process efficiency and compliance status for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis or documentation verification
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard process mapping tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in document management systems is highly desirable
