Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, document, and analyze existing business processes to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor process health.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to brainstorm and prototype new operational workflows.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Monitor the impact of process changes through data analysis and report progress to executive leadership.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for operational efficiency and quality management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement, operations consulting, or project management.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, or quality.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or PMP are highly preferred.
