Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss career opportunities and company values.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for recruitment consultants to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data and call logs within the CRM system.
- Represent TRILLION GROUP HOLDINGS professionally across all communication channels.
- Identify and qualify leads to support the wider sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the HR team to refine outreach strategies and improve candidate engagement.
- Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly telephone manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; tertiary qualifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or recruitment support is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet daily performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and headset for seamless communication.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
