Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and credit screenings for loan applications to ensure compliance.
- Guide clients through the entire loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch management.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve customer queries and improve overall service quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels and positive brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in the banking, finance, or insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Valid driving license is an advantage due to the transportation allowance provided.
