Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients within the Jakarta Raya and surrounding areas.
- Assessing customer creditworthiness and processing loan applications accurately and efficiently.
- Promoting BFI Finance's diverse range of financial products and services to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attending daily branch meetings, training sessions, and participating in marketing activities.
- Preparing and submitting daily/weekly sales reports and monitoring sales performance against KPIs.
- Providing exceptional customer service and financial counseling to potential borrowers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Previous experience in banking, insurance, or direct sales is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Willingness to be placed at the Kalideres branch and travel within the region when necessary.
