As a Business Relationship Officer, you will be the face of BFI Finance in the community, helping customers achieve their financial goals through our SHM (Syariah Muamalah / specific product) products. If you possess excellent communication skills, a result-oriented mindset, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and manage new client relationships within the Duren Sawit branch area.
- Provide detailed product information and consultation on BFI Finance's SHM products to potential customers.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend the most suitable financing solutions.
- Process loan applications and assist in documentation to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up on pending applications and maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with the credit and operational teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field from a reputable university.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the finance industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
