- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across operational functions
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and crisis management procedures
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and documentation for stakeholder review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed resilience practices into daily operations
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, business continuity, or risk management
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and local regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Certification in Business Continuity (CBCP) or Compliance (CCO) preferred
- Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and compliance management tools
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training
