Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly/yearly revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams through performance coaching and skill development programs
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and distribution partners
- Monitor sales KPIs and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales management experience in healthcare/medical device industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership and strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
