- Identify and develop new business opportunities within medical laboratories, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and needs assessment
- Promote laboratory services, diagnostic packages, and value-added solutions to healthcare providers
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals aligned with client requirements
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or medical device industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations and diagnostic processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
