Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Oversee and maintain office systems, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the coordination of daily operations and logistics for the department.
  • Handle data entry, report generation, and basic data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials as requested by management.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the overall team productivity.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts with a positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
