Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming sales orders and inquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct product fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records and track order statuses in the system.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare necessary documentation and sales reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work onsite in Davao City with a reliable mode of transportation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
