Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the investment management team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Manage client communication and documentation for investment portfolios and accounts
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and logistics for investment professionals and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance documentation
  • Prepare investment reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Support risk management processes through data verification and documentation maintenance
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and updating investment account information

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1-2 years in administrative or support role, preferably in financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
