Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing from customer inquiry to fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues with timely, accurate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows
- Prepare performance reports and data analysis for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer support operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and logistics protocols
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment
