Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for system improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement scalable business system solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to ensure alignment with organizational business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive project requirements.
- Manage project lifecycles, from initial conceptualization to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Develop user manuals and provide training to staff to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, system design, or process engineering.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or retail management software architectures.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping (BPMN), and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies is a significant advantage.
