In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary architect for our internal operating system, leveraging the full power of the Lark ecosystem to drive efficiency, automation, and seamless collaboration.
As our Lark Workspace Specialist, you won't just maintain existing systems; you will lead the digital transformation of our internal operations. You will be responsible for designing scalable workflows, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring that our internal infrastructure evolves alongside our growing business needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Lark Suite solutions tailored to operational requirements.
- Develop and deploy advanced automation workflows using Lark Base, Messenger, and approval flows.
- Serve as the technical lead for internal systems migration and integration projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and architect automated solutions to increase productivity.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for internal systems architecture and user training manuals.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely support to internal users.
- Ensure data security and compliance across all Lark-based internal platforms.
- Analyze usage metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and provide insights for further system enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect, Business Analyst, or IT Operations Specialist, specifically working with the Lark Suite.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and organizational workflow automation.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into functional system architectures.
- Experience in managing administrative settings, user permissions, and integrations within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Jakarta and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in digital transformation or enterprise software management are a plus.
