Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of business systems infrastructure
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all platforms
- Develop/implement data management policies and procedures
- Coordinate system upgrades and process improvements
- Generate and analyze operational reports for leadership
- Train staff on system usage and data protocols
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor system performance metrics and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in business systems or data management
- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms
- Knowledge of Islamic business practices preferred
