Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Business Transformation Specialist to join our team in Quezon City (Hybrid Work Setup). In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting business transformation projects, providing administrative support, and assisting with project management activities. You will work closely with diverse teams to drive change, improve processes, and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the transformation team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare materials, and capture action items.
- Support the development of business cases, process documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to track project performance and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
- Contribute to change management efforts by assisting with communications and user training.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and propose innovative solutions.

- Coordinate and manage business transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Support the development and implementation of transformation strategies.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Assist in change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or transformation.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
