- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive INDIES' growth and profitability across Indonesia
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and educational institutions
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal business performance
- Drive market expansion initiatives and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in business unit management or similar senior roles
- Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies in education, training, or lifelong learning sectors
- Strong expertise in sales operations, partnership development, and team leadership
- Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
