Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of facilities management services across multiple client portfolios
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with regional growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing FM teams through performance management
- Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and drive client satisfaction initiatives
- Implement cost-control measures and budget management for FM operations
- Drive innovation in FM service delivery through technology adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of facilities management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in strategic planning and business development for FM services
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building regulations and FM best practices
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, RPA) preferred
- Experience managing P&L for FM business units
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
