Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cut various types of meat to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace in line with food safety regulations.
- Monitor meat inventory levels and assist with restocking and display merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw and cooked products to prevent spoilage.
- Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment and knives safely.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different meat cuts, trimming techniques, and preparation methods.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
