Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet sales, margin, and inventory turnover targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality product standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new product opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase order creation to product delivery and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with store operations and merchandising teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify slow-moving items and recommend appropriate markdowns or stock adjustments.
- Maintain accurate vendor performance records and resolve any procurement-related issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail procurement or buying, preferably in home improvement, hardware, or general merchandise.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the local retail market dynamics in the Philippines.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
