Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- Analyze product performance metrics to make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the inventory lifecycle, ensuring optimal stock levels without overstocking.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new product lines successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a buying or procurement role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
