Are you a trend-driven retail professional with a passion for the Health & Beauty industry? Robinsons Department Stores is seeking a dynamic Buyer/Assistant Buyer to join our high-performing merchandising team in Libis, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our product assortment, playing a critical role in selecting the latest skincare, cosmetics, and wellness products that delight our customers.
The successful candidate will own the end-to-end purchasing process, from trend forecasting and supplier negotiations to inventory management and performance analysis. You will collaborate with our outright and concessionaire partners to optimize margins, maintain healthy stock levels, and execute commercial strategies that keep Robinsons at the forefront of the retail market. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive assortment plans for the Health & Beauty category.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing markdowns and out-of-stock incidents.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute seasonal campaigns and promotional displays.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for both outright and concessionaire merchandise.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing to maintain a strong market position.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in retail buying, merchandising, or category management, preferably in Health & Beauty.
- Proficiency in retail math, inventory forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relations.
- High proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and retail management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple categories in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for current beauty and wellness trends.
