Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement data-driven merchandising strategies for dry food and non-food categories
- Negotiate contracts and establish strong partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure optimal product availability and display execution
- Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Conduct competitive research and identify new product opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a buyer or merchandiser in retail
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Indonesian retail market dynamics and consumer preferences
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
