Tanggung Jawab
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and products to meet company requirements and market demands
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to make informed purchasing decisions
- Create and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand product needs and align purchasing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover to minimize costs and maximize availability
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product standards, and best practices in procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a buying or procurement role, preferably in retail or sports industry
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of golf products, equipment, and industry trends is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
