Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and procuring fresh groceries, produce, and perishable goods from local suppliers
- Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts for optimal pricing and quality
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing strategic orders to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Analyzing market trends to identify cost-effective procurement opportunities
- Collaborating with warehouse and store teams to align purchasing with sales forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality control protocols
- Developing and maintaining procurement databases for supplier performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or buyer roles, preferably in retail/FMCG
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in supplier management
- Knowledge of fresh produce sourcing and supply chain logistics
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven purchasing decisions
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
