- Execute product sourcing strategies to secure high-quality merchandise that aligns with company goals.
- Perform regular market analysis to stay ahead of consumer trends and competitor activity.
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance, including negotiations for pricing, lead times, and terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
- Monitor sales performance metrics to refine product selections and maximize profit margins.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate product replenishment.
- Assist in the preparation of regular merchandising reports and performance presentations for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, or inventory planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle supplier relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
